Fix migration script for projectrole deletions

There are some issues in the migration script that deletes data from the d7 database regarding the projectrole content type.

Updates to the script had to be made in order for the migration script to run smoothly.

We need to update the script again to make sure we delete all projectrole data and the migration script still runs.
