Remove reference to (Bugzilla) "tracking bug" in project review records

The project's review records still provide a link "Open tracking bug" that redirects to a bugzila template/issue.

Since we're using GitLab to track the status of project reviews it would be useful to have this green box & link redirecting to a precompiled (or even empty) GitLab template or simply to the existing ticket. Is this possible?

We've started to add a link to GitLab tickets at the (very) bottom of the review records, but I think we need to give more importance to it. Please see the following screenshot:

Second best solution would be to completely remove any references to the Bugzilla issue and keep the link at the bottom of the review record page.
