Redirect "working group" PMI pages to Working Group Specific page when one exists
The working group taxonomy pages are mostly redundant and sources of confusion.
For example, the Eclipse Software Defined Vehicle page in the PMI contains information that is available on the Eclipse SDV working group's "projects" page.
The PMI "working group" pages are accessible from individual project PMI pages. For example:
A user might navigate to the SDV working group page, click a project and be taken to the PMI page, then click the "working group" link and be taken to the PMI working group page. All very confusing and not a great user experience.
In the case where a working group has a dedicated page for projects, clicking a corresponding working group link should take the user directly to the working group page.
In the example above... clicking on "Eclipse Software Defined Vehicle" on the https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/automotive.sommr/governance should take the user to https://sdv.eclipse.org/projects/.
The generalisation of this is that when a working group has a dedicated working group projects page, we should go there. The taxonomy page should only ever be used when an alternative does not exit.
A potential problem with this is that the working group projects page does not list proposals. I'm thinking that it should, but maybe this is something better taken up in a separate issue (edit: see here sdv.eclipse.org#37 (closed)) . I'm also thinking that the WG link should be on the Overview page and not the Governance page; again, I'll open a separate issue (edit: #114 (closed)).
