Add blogging functionality

Similar to the Jakarta.ee, we would like to explore adding a blog section to our site where the content is hosted on the orcwg.org domain. Ex: https://jakarta.ee/blogs/jakarta-nosql-1-0/

Purpose: the CRA is regularly evolving and the content is best suited to blogs. If would help our SEO efforts to have this content hosted on the ORC website rather than blogs.eclipse.org.
