Update to v1.1.0 & further updates

The links to the CI build artifcats need to be updated for opSimulation release v1.1.0 ("Download openPASS v1.1.0")

In the section "Committees", we should remove all mentions of Tuan, since he is no longer with TÜV Süd and TÜV Süd is about to leave the Eclipse Foundation by the end of the year. However, I would leave TÜV Süd as a member on the page until end of 2024.
