Improvement openPASS webpage

Hi all,

the openPASS WG has reviewed the current webpage. There are some points which we want to change:

1. When scroling down the webpage. Is it possible to pinpoint the headbar, similar to https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/index.html
2. Can you please change the company name "TUEV SUED Auto Service GmbH" to "TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH" on the site Working Group --> Members
3. Can you please change the pulldown menu for Architecture --> "Simulation Process" to "Simulation Process from the User Perspective"
4. In the same pulldown menu from 3. the topic "Documentation" is missing.
5. We have a new picture for the platform concept:
6. The order of the pulldown menu for the Working Group tab is not consistent with the order of the page. In the pulldown menu "Governance" and then "Members appear --> Please change to right order.
7. Can you please change the BMW logo to . If this is not working please contact me. I have another logo.
8. The breadcrumb for the contact page is wrong. The "about" part should be removed.
