Create save the date page on opencode-x.org

For our new event, we need a single-page website with some "save the date" type of content. This site has a new look and feel which @mkokabi is working on.

Ideally, we would have this live the week of Nov 6. But given that the logo was just approved today and we still have to work on the design, the timelines will be tight.

Note: Phase 2 of this site will be a more complete event website, but this initial site will be a single page.
