Chance link due to a reputational risk

Rationale

Based on Paul Buck and Mike criteria, there is a reputational risk in the approach taken to access the existing Oniro code. Two actions need to be take, one on our end, to reduce such risk.

Action

In the Resources Center of the Oniro website, the link of "Get the Code" should point to

instead of the current

https://booting.oniroproject.org/

This action is urgent.
