Update image retrieval to not require mime type from client
requested to merge malowe/membership.eclipse.org:malowe/release-1.2/update-image-discovery into release-1.2
Instead of taking mime type from client or outdated APIs, the most recently modified file on the server that matches an org logo format is used and mime is no longer needed.
