Feedback for Slack Integration
Summary
A Slack integration was added to our workspace in the form of a new slash-command: /m (name not final). In it's current form, it displays any matching orgs, their Company Representatives, and Company Rep alternates.
It can be used anywhere in the Eclipse Foundation Slack workspace. Simply type /m into the chat box of any Slack channel, followed by the name (or partial name) or id of the org you wish to view.
e.g. /m ibm, /m 721, or /m sap
Note: The resulting message will not display for other users
Additional Features
Here is a list of additional information to be added to the message:
- Link the profile of each rep displayed
- Include rep EF username for lookup purposes
- Link to logos (web and print)
Include description- Additional membership info
- member_since and renewal date
- WG memberships
