Add renewal dates to the membership portal

To better inform users, we should add the Anniversary/renewal date to the portal in an easy place to see. We can either use their member since date to show how long they've been with us, or change it to renewal and set the expected renewal date of the membership. I'm thinking we could do something like the following:
