Preview state lost when refreshing

When using the dashboard in preview, refreshing leads to some sections being empty. The cause of this is that when fetching the associated data, the dashboard detects an orgId of 0.

The data is no longer inconsistent. Upon refreshing, the user is booted to an "Unauthorized" page. Ideally, they should refresh with the same preview state.
