Updates to the resource section of the portal

As we discussed today, @malowe need to take a look at how the content is being pulled into this section:

Ideally, it would be pulling through the newsroom API and I could see it pulling all content of that type or if we wanted to get more complex, only show content related to working groups they are part of (I have no strong opinion here).

Right now only survey reports are displaying. Whitepapers and case studies definitely have assets in the newsroom so they should display, and it doesn't look like we have any Market Reports, so we could switch that out to eBooks.
