Emails missing from contact management table in preview mode

The emails are missing from the contact management table in preview mode (including with admin).

The application is attempting to fetch to /api/organizations/731/contacts?page=1, which results in a 403 error. Perhaps this was an oversight when admin/elevated users were added?
