Committers and contributors missing from portal in preview

During the demo of the new preview and admin functions, it was noticed that the contributors and committers section was missing from the dashboard. We will need to evaluate the cause and look to restore those sections to the dashboard. Additionally and potentially related, the email addresses are missing from the preview of the contact management system.
