Clarifying the status of projects on the "Your Projects" dashboard page

This issue was initially reported by a user of one of our member organizations to @zfazli. The "Your projects" table has a column indicating the "Status" of the project. This column indicates the project's status rather than the organization's status/activity within the project. This can be confusing with the default state of projects being "Active" which could seem to indicate commit activity instead.

To better address this, we should consider clarifying this with a helptext ? hover or preamble to the table. An example message for this would be the following:

Status indicates the project's lifecycle state and is not indicative of the organization's current commit activity within the project. Any project which was contributed to by members of the organization will be present in this list.
