Create a POC to Allow Eclipse members to join WG via the membership portal

This Quarter, I would like us to start working on a POC to enable existing Eclipse members to easily join an Eclipse WG via our Membership portal.

Q4 Deliverables:

• Work with marketing to define the UX for this new page/form
• Implement the components without any back-end work

Q1 2023 Deliverables:

• Implement/update API to enable us to submit the WG enrollment request
• Update front-end to connect to form to our API
