Providing access to started but not completed membership applications
The membership team have no insight into individuals who start a membership application but either pause or abandon the application. Having access to this information would be valuable to allow us to know who might need help in completing the process.
Can we get a means to access this information? This doesn't need to "be pretty" - just some way of knowing the name/email address/company of the individuals, and ideally how far they got.
It's also fine for the membership team to run a query or otherwise start the process - this doesn't need to be automatic, or a standing report.
Once implemented we can explore whether to add automated tools to improve the user experience.
