API /organizations might not return the Eclipse member level

There are some differences on the Eclipse membership level info between the /organizations and the current API we are using on eclipse.org.

Taking Social Physics as an example, it is an Associate Member referring to the current API. image

But it doesn't have the same info in /organizations
