Logo optimization

We will allow users to upload new logos on our website. In order to make this process easy for them, I think we should allow them to allow hi-resolution logos.

However, if we do so, we need to implement a process that will optimize the image for web before we use it on our website. We definitely don't want our users to load 350x 4MB logos on our Explore our members page.
