Listing flagged as having errors but also installabe in Eclipse

Today we have noticed that at least one of the Marketplace listings is being flagged has having errors:

The tool here is reporting that it's unable to read the repository.

Unable to read repository at https://lobid.org/download/tools/p2/content.xml.

But we were still able to install the listing in the Eclipse IDE.

@emerks are we having issues with the error reporting tool?
