Propose: Remove LTS listings from Eclipse Marketplace

I am noticing that we don't have a lot of activity under the LTS market on Eclipse Marketplace: https://marketplace.eclipse.org/category/markets/long-term-support/title

We currently have 11 listings and other than Obeo, none of these listings has been updated in the last 5 years.

Should we remove this section?
