Add Sierra wireless adopter as Californium and Leshan adopter.

Adopters are organizations that voluntarily show their support for the Eclipse IoT projects they have adopted

I'm sure not what is expected as "organizations", so I also added an entry for Leshan(iot.project) as adopter for Californium (another iot.project), but I'm not sure if this is appropriate.

Do not hesitate to only keep the first commit.
