Clean up adopter widget duplicate

The adopters standalone script is duplicating what used to be offered in EFSA. It was duplicated because the adopter widget in EFSA has a regression and can not be used by project websites dependent upon the script.

It is also important to note that the adopters standalone script will need to call .render() when the EFSA version is used.
