Virtual IoT & Edge Days 2022 website

I assume this is the right place for this issue? We started this under GitHub, but that issue is closed with the note that the repo has been archived.

We are ready for some updates to the event website.

I tend to get confused if I use the pre-set headings in the template, so I hope it's OK that I just grouped the updates at the end under the April 12 Updates heading. I think it's pretty clear what we are asking for. If not, just ask!
