Fix the "members" section to indicate that there are more than three members

Describe the bug

Currently the members sections (with their logos) shows only three. When you reload the page, you get three different every time.

However, there is no indication, that there are more than three members.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://iot.eclipse.org
2. Take a look at the members section

Expected behavior

See that there are more than three members.

I also think there should be a static list of all steering committee members. And then a list of all additional members, with a clear indication that there are more.
