Add the IoT Membership Prospectus on the https://iot.eclipse.org/membership/ page

Hi everyone,

We want to add the IoT Membership Prospectus on the https://iot.eclipse.org/membership/ page. For now, the Membership Prospectus can be accessed only by using the "contact us about membership" button in the banner of the page.

The goal is to add the IoT Membership Prospectus also on the https://iot.eclipse.org/membership/ page between the "Benefits" and "Member Testimonials" sections.

Steps:

1. Go to iot.eclipse.org/membership
2. Please add a button with the title "Download Membership Prospectus" after the "Benefits" section
3. Please add the pdf with the Prospectus. PDF attached in this message IoT-Membership Prospectus - V2020-04 (1).pdf
