Restructure the ordering of the resources types in the "Resources" section on the IoT website

Hi everyone,

Please restructure the ordering of the resources types, ie articles, videos, case studies, whitepaper, in the "Resources" section on https://iot.eclipse.org

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://iot.eclipse.org/community/resources/

2. On the main page, the resources types are structured on the webpage (on the left hand side of the page) in alphabetical order.

3. The resources types should not be structured in alphabetical order, but in the following order:

   1. Videos
   2. IoT Surveys - for this, please add the 3 most recent surveys on the main page as thumbnails
   3. Case studies - please add the case studies from the most recent to the oldest one
   4. Whitepapers
   5. Articles
   6. Market reports

4. On the left hand side of the resources section, please order the resources types also as mentioned above for consistency purposes.
