TheiaCon 2022 - Add Speakers

Hi Team,

I updated the following document for TheiaCon 2022 and added the current Bios for 3 speakers who have provide it along with their pictures. I also added under the agenda session section the various talks. I would like this to be uploaded on the site https://events.eclipse.org/2022/theiacon/ and when we have the actual time and scheduled set I will request an update. I just want to start showcasing the information that we do have so it doesn't come in all at once. I shared the file with Shanda to review as well and im sure she will add her comments. thanks for your patience there's a lot of firsts happening for me right now so i again apologies for the bumps in the road.
