Actualy the link goes to the installer page : https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/installer

The installer is good for contributors but it is really complicated for simple users who just want to download and launch eclipse. This is easily done by the page with all the packages : https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/

We should change the link to have an easy installation journey by downloading, unzip and launch the IDE.
