Change eclipseide.org homepage to be more IDE platform focused

Currently the https://eclipseide.org/ is heavily focused on the Eclipse IDE Working Group. While the WG is an important central topic this page should be the home page of the Eclipse IDE.

Could we switch these pages in the short term?

So https://eclipseide.org/ can point to the content on https://eclipseide.org/release/. This is a useful page summarising the latest release of the IDE.

Then this page https://eclipseide.org/release/ would need to be modified to have a link to the WG content. (The current https://eclipseide.org/ homepage content)

The WG content could be placed on something like https://eclipseide.org/idewg/

For now the content on the idewg page can remain as it is now.
