Add the Holger's video link to each New & Noteworthy page

As mentioned in eclipse-wg/ide-wg/community#33 and also in issue #36 we can improve the New & Noteworthy page and add the link to each video done by Holgers. Once a new release is promoted, it is difficult to retrieve the link of the previous video. This is not difficult to add a link on each New and Noteworthy page and we could have a specific badge for it like :
