Revert "[temp-fix] - wrong committer showing on homepage"

This MR reverts the temporary fix that I did to properly display the correct featured committer and project on the homepage: newsroom.eclipse.org#97 (closed)

The main issue here is that the June newsletter node was created before the May newsletter node.

I created this revert MR to bring back the old behavior once we are ready to publish the June newsletter.

@oliviergoulet, @jharrisj1m will ping you when it's time for us to merge this. I will be on vacation.
