Our members component does not include ids for each member level. I'm not sure how much work this would be, but I think this would be a good addition

I agree. Since the headings aren't static content, the scroll will require some JS to work, but it isn't a lot of work.

The challenge is figuring out when we want to scroll and when we don't want to scroll.

For example, if we add the scrolling once the content is loaded, we might see some flickering if we insert more than 1 instance of the members-list widget.

Good point. I'll merge these changes for now. I've created an issue to track the widget update: eclipsefdn/it/webdev/solstice-assets#408 (closed)
