Link 404s under "Related Governance Documents" on Interest Group process page

I noticed a link that led to a 404 error. The link is titled the same as the webpage, so was it a mistake to include this? Or is there a PDF version of this same page? (nvm, it's clearly trying to point to a PHP page)
