Create a web version of our brand guide to align with new branding

When we officially launch our new brand, we'd like to replace the existing PDF brand guide with this simplified web version: https://www.figma.com/design/vQWleVU0ZpJ4Nc86tFapCn/Eclipse-Foundation-Website?node-id=342-60&t=6WvGew7qBmdhjdUT-1. Ideally, we'd like this to launch along with the new website but I know timing might not allow for this. This is using the new sidebar component, which I've now also added to the component figma.
