Update 3 images on the Eclipse.org website

We'd like to update the "techno eye" on the homepage as well as the images for community news and announcements. Files are attached below. If possible, would like a parallax movement for the jumbotron image (not on mobile though). Let me know if the image dimensions will be acceptable.
