We recieved an email from Roman Yakubov concerning the Downloads page:

Good afternoon colleagues. My name is Roman Yakubov. I found an error on the page of the site at http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/. I do not know where to redirect it. You've been very helpful if the crossing is a letter to the right people. Screen shot of the error in the attachment. Sorry for interrupting.

He is using the browser Microsoft Edge to view the page.

I'm suspecting that this browser doesn't like some of the CSS that creates the circles on the Downloads page.

This will need some investigating and fixing.
