Expand topic project cards to include projects of specific industry collaborations in addition to topics

Currently, the topic pages use the featured-projects widget and filter projects by technology type.

We have also been requested to include all the projects of a particular working group. Since this is a specific use case, I'm thinking of making a project widget uniquely for the topics pages.
