Phase 1 of /org section migration

For phase 1 of the /org section migration, we are targeting the following sections to have pages migrated. These are either simple sections, or ones that are dependencies of sections to be migrated in the next phase:

Press release
board/minutes
artwork
community_surveys
corporate_sponsors
Documents
workinggroups

As part of this change set, the following sections will be removed from the PHP code and not migrated:

councils
eclipse_*
processes
june05release

Note, the councils section is not the foundation/councils page which is scheduled to be migrated in the next phase of work.

A final change associated with this work will be to ensure that the councils and board members endpoints are ready in the new Info API we started last quarter for trademarks. The board members work is done but not yet live (eclipsefdn/it/api/eclipsefdn-info-api#6 (closed)), and the councils work is still in progress (eclipsefdn/it/api/eclipsefdn-info-api#7).
