[Bug 534467] Web page rendering impaired

Description

A number of longstanding pages no longer render correctly; presumably as a result of some behind the scenes GDPR / Quicksilver activity.

e.g.

Many downloads pages such as https://www.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/downloads/?project=uml2 have a clumsy title rendering and a major newsletter/about frame conflict.

Other pages such as https://www.eclipse.org/emf/compare/downloads/ have a minor title conflict.

Any clues on what needs changing?
