Prioirty Update to Open Regulatory Compliance Working Group Charter and WGPA

We have a need to update the charter and the WGPA in order to rename a class of membership namely Steward becomes Foundation.

Here is the updated WGPA.

I'd like to post the WGPA now on the tile.

I'll create the new membership class in the FoundationDB and we can get it updated on the back end separately from posting the til

e and clean up the steward class as the last step. Unless of course, you can rename Steward to Foundation quickly.

First and foremost we need to upate the tile as are communicating this change to the community quickly.

I am happy to use PDF's for the email communication and update them when the tile is updated in case the timeline doesn't work for your schedule.

Please note, no one has executed the orginal WGPA so there are no members to the WG at this time.
