Simplify Design of Staff Page

Hello, we would like to simplify the design of https://www.eclipse.org/org/foundation/staff.php.

As can be seen, the new changes include:

• The executive team under the title "Eclipse Foundation Leadership" and all staff under the heading "Supporting our Communities".
• We also remove the paragraphs about each person and keep the photo, name (with link to their EF profile) and job title.
