Committer Members page references non-existent exhibit D in Membership Agreement

The Committer Members page makes a reference to "exhibit D" of the membership agreement. The membership agreement has clearly changed since the page was created, and the referenced content is now "exhibit A".

I'm thinking that we can just scrub that bit... e.g.,
