Update Oniro Working Group Charter to Version 1.1 and Working Group Participation Agreement to Version 3.2 and Add Sponsorship Agreement as a Resource to the Tile

• The Oniro Steering Committee unanimously changes to its Charter. The changes were to align with the OpenAtom Agreement, to add Supporter Member Class, remove three year committment and other standard refinements concerning Special Interest Group and Sponsorship and so on. Please see the Red Line attached.

• The WGPA also now needs to be udpated to add the Supporter Member class, remove the Strategic Three Year Committment, remove fees being payable in 2021 and 2022. Please see the attached PDF
