Eclipse.org logo is a different size in php template vs hugo

I was able to notice that last night while I was on newsroom.eclipse.org and clicked on the logo to go back to eclipse.org.

The Drupal template is based off the PHP template. The size on Drupal and PHP seems to match but not with Hugo.
