Update homepage tagline to "The Community for Open Collaboration and Innovation"

We would like to switch the tagline slightly from "The Community for Open Innovation and Collaboration" to "The Community for Open Collaboration and Innovation" (Collaboration and Innovation switch). Not sure if it makes sense to do this with the website redesign launch or separately.
