Implement re-design of our downloads page

Hi, we would like to give the download page a new look! The new proposed design can be found here:

Please note that the top banner's line icon has a subtle 0.4-sec animation/ Parallax Scroll effect that moves to the right, responding to users scrolling on the page. it has in and out easing behaviour. I can share it with you on the browser.
