feat(adoptium-summit): add session cards

Resolves part of #296 (closed)

This adds a shortcode which displays sessions from agenda.yml. This shortcode will allow us to display sessions without publishing a full agenda. The point is to show the sessions ASAP. This will be replaced with the agenda once it is finalized.
