Eclipse package page download should not mention installer in this tab

In the Eclipse Package tab, the page starts with a description of the installer ... but this is confusing at this level, as the users comes here to download directly a package listed in the page...

We should remove the Installer description here.

On the other hand, the same description is displayed in the 'Eclipse Installer' tab, which is relevant and useful for the contributors.

We could say that 'Eclipse Installer' tab is more for the contributors who needs to use a preinstalled eclipse setup with both IDe and projects, while the 'Eclipse Package' tab is dedicated for the simple users of Eclipse.
